We were very pleased about what Derek discussed and the benefits which would help the patient. The patient himself was very happy with the way Derek explained how to deal with his pain and how best to use his medication.

Once set in place, the speed and care were wonderful.
Thank you for helping in November with my husband, ensuring his final days were as good as they could be. He died at home on 30th November. You put it in place.

I find everyone at St Luke's very friendly and helpful.
Reception staff, catering staff and my lymphodema nurse Jo has become a friend over the years I have been attending.
